We build grassroots leadership and collective power by investing in the leadership of homegrown Promotoras (Community Health Workers). Through trusted relationships, community outreach, system navigation, and culturally responsive programming, Promotoras connect residents to resources, strengthen community voice, and support neighbors in creating lasting change.
